If you have any photographs of the recent LOGs reunion in the UK please email them to me.
I am a Loreto Sister in Australia and I got
your email address from the LOGS (Kenya) website. This is a well organised
website and thank you for giving us the opportunity to connect with past pupils.
I am not too sure if you are aware that we are celebrating 400 years jubillee of
our Institute's foundation by Mary Ward. There are a number of celebrations
happening around Australia, where the Loreto Sisters have a connection and also
worldwide.
We would like to invite all Past Pupils from our numerous schools around the
world to attend the celebrations but also, if they want to, make connections
with the Loreto network here in Australia. I hope that you would be able to
post this information on the LOGs Kenya website.
Below is the link to our website detailing the celebrations and events happening
in Australia.

Since all Loreto and the Congragation of Jesus (other branch) are having
celebrations in their own countries, the many Loreto Kenya past pupils around
the world might want to check with the local schools or convent if there is any
celebrations in their countries. The international website for both branches of
the Institute are as follows:

I hope to hear from you soon.
Blessings

Hill School (Eldoret) Global Reunion - Sunday 12 July 2009 - Shrivenham, UK
The Loreto Convent, Eldoret had a close association with the Hill School, Eldoret - not only being in close proximity but many LOGS having completed their primary schooling (or part of their primary schooling) at the Hill School, Eldoret. Accordingly, all former Hill School staff and students and their spouses are cordially invited to attend an informal sit down buffet-style luncheon in a delightful English village setting (the scene of our successful initial UK Hill School reunion in 2001). This invitation is extended to surviving spouses or immediate offspring who "still fly the flag" for deceased members. Nan Pratt (nee Brindley) has kindly agreed to organise this reunion at her local village hall - the Shrivenham Memorial Hall - which has been booked for the day.
